Maine maps for historic records (before 1973) and recent records (1973 - 2012) confirmed in each township by either specimen or image vouchers.  Many Maine townships still have either no records or five or fewer confirmed species (updated April 2013).   A map including both confirmed historical and confirmed recent species appears on the right.   Note: clicking on either of the recent maps will link to a higher resolution image that includes township names.
